The
mortgage financing process is changing!
New
financing rules will not allow any direction of value,
homeowner's estimate of value, loan amount, etc. to be
provided to the the appraiser. This rule was put into
place to create a more independent environment for the
appraisers to provide accurate and unbiased valuations.
However, this rule will negatively impact many Ohio homeowners.
